Let’s cook and have fun together! 🙂

This recipe makes about 24 truffles and about 10 min to prepare and 2 hours to chill.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Cream Cheese
  • 140 g Lady Fingers (about 24 fingers)
  • 30 ml Coffee
  • 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder

Making the Truffles

I started by pulsing the lady fingers in my food processor until they became small crumbs. I then mixed together the cream cheese and the powdered sugar until they were well combined. I then added the wet ingredients which are cold coffee and vanilla extract and mixed until well incorporated. Finally, I added my Lady finger crumbs and mixed them in until everything became well incorporated and resembled the consistency of a paste. I placed the bowl in the freezer for 30 min. I removed the mixture from the freezer and shaped my truffles. I then dipped my truffles in cocoa powder. I then refrigerated my Tiramisu Truffles for a few hours before savoring this decadent treat.

Enjoy! 🙂
